Senator Forby believes all hard-working Americans should have access to quality, affordable health care. He supports a plan for the state to negotiate affordable premiums on behalf of a large pool of small businesses and the self-employed. The plan, called Healthy Illinois, would level the playing field for small businesses that currently lack the buying clout of large companies.
